At Arozen, we stand behind the quality of our Midwest-grown aronia antioxidant beverages and dried aronia powder. We want you to love every sip and scoop! Due to the perishable and food nature of our products, our return policy is designed with safety, freshness, and hygiene in mind.
Returns and Refunds We accept returns or refunds only in the following limited cases:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., leaking can, wrong flavor, or broken seal during shipping).
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
In these cases, we'll happily:
- Send a replacement (at no extra cost), or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5-10 business days after we confirm the issue).
Non-Returnable Items For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Unopened products after 7 days from delivery.
- Products that have been stored improperly (e.g., not kept cool or exposed to extreme temperatures).
- Dried aronia powder once the seal is broken (unless damaged/defective upon arrival).
All our blended antioxidant beverages and dried powder are perishable/fresh food itemsโonce shipped and delivered in good condition, they cannot be resold if returned.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- A brief description.
- We'll review and respond within 1-2 business days with next steps (e.g., label for return if needed, or approval for refund/replacement).

Damaged or Missing Shipments If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
