At Arozen, based in Mediapolis, Iowa, we proudly ship our Midwest-grown aronia antioxidant beverages (lightly carbonated blended cans) and dried aronia powder across the United States. We use reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with real-time carrier-calculated rates to ensure accurate and fair shipping costs. All products are perishable food items, so we prioritize safe, temperature-conscious packaging where possible.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
  • During peak times or high demand, processing may take slightly longer—we'll notify you if there's a delay.

Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Domestic Shipping (Continental US): Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates. Typical costs range from $8–$20+ depending on location and order size (e.g., a 12-pack of cans).
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Shipping available but rates higher—calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Currently not offered. We may expand in the future—contact us if interested.
  • Promotional Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (continental US only) as a limited-time promotion. This applies to qualifying standard/ground rates only and may be excluded for expedited or high-cost shipping methods. The promotion can change or end without notice—check at checkout for current eligibility. Shipping costs may vary based on real-time carrier quotes, location, and order details.

Free Shipping Threshold Details

  • To qualify for the promotional free shipping, your cart subtotal (before taxes and discounts) must reach $100 or more.
  • Only standard/ground shipping methods qualify—expedited options (if available) will still incur fees.
  • If your order qualifies but you select a premium carrier/rate, the free shipping may not apply to that portion.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or cancel the promotion at any time.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (varies by location—e.g., faster to Midwest states).
  • These are estimates only—actual delivery depends on the carrier and external factors (weather, holidays, etc.). We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Important Notes for Perishable Products

  • Our antioxidant beverages and dried powder are perishable—please store them properly upon arrival (cool, dry place for powder; refrigerate if preferred for cans after opening).
  • We package carefully to maintain quality, but we cannot guarantee against extreme temperatures during transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, see our Return and Refund Policy for options (contact us within 7 days with photos).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International) Not applicable currently (domestic US only). For future international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
