Welcome to Arozen (arozen.life), operated by AROZEN LLC, a company based in Iowa, USA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products (including our antioxidant beverages blended with real aronia berry juice and dried aronia powder), and services. By accessing or purchasing from arozen.life, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or buy our products.

1. Use of Our Site You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our site or make purchases. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are perishable food items made with Midwest-grown aronia berries and natural ingredients.
  • Descriptions, images, and nutrition info are for general guidance. Actual products may vary slightly due to natural sourcing.
  • We make no medical or health claims beyond general antioxidant benefits of aronia (e.g., high polyphenols). These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or with medical conditions.
  • Orders are offers to purchase; we accept by shipping. We may cancel or refuse orders (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) and will notify you.
  • Pricing and availability subject to change without notice. All prices in USD; taxes/shipping added at checkout.

3. Payment and Billing Payments processed securely via Shopify Checkout. You authorize charges to your payment method for the order total (including taxes/shipping). We are not responsible for payment processing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery See our Shipping Policy for details. Title/risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.  (continental US only).

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges See our separate Return and Refund Policy for details. Due to perishable nature, returns limited to damaged/defective items only.

6. Intellectual Property All content (text, images, logos, product designs) on arozen.life is owned by AROZEN LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use without written permission (except for personal, non-commercial use).

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability Products provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties (express/implied), including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AROZEN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, health issues). Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AROZEN LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the site/products or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms governed by Iowa law (without regard to conflict of laws). Disputes resolved in courts of Des Moines County, Iowa.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.
